Owning a cottage in Lapland is wonderful, but looking after it from far away takes a lot of work. Mökkitiimi is a local team in Levi: we take care of the practical matters for you, and you can come to the cottage whenever you like – to a clean cottage that is ready for you.
You can choose just the services you need, or leave the care and rental of the whole cottage to us.
Property care
We look after your cottage all year round while you are away. One local contact for everything.
Key service
We handle key handovers and returns for guests, maintenance workers and your visitors.
Inspections
We visit the cottage as agreed and check that everything is in order. We let you know if anything needs attention.
Cleaning
Final cleaning between rentals and other cleaning as agreed.
Bed linen rental
Clean bed linen and towels ready when guests arrive.
Rental management
Your cottage in our online booking system and on this website. We take care of the guests, you receive the rental income.
Activities and catering
We can also arrange activities and catering – for example for groups, parties and corporate events in Levi.
Let your cottage earn while you are not using it
When your cottage is rented out through Mökkitiimi, it appears in our online booking system and on this website. Guests book and pay online, and we take care of the rest on site.
